Reporting & Documentation
Documents written to be understood by the planning officer, not just to be technically correct.
What is it?
Reports are what the planning authority actually reads, and weak documentation undoes good fieldwork. We prepare technical reports, method statements, protected species licence applications and the supporting planning documentation that accompanies them.
When is it required?
Throughout a project, from baseline reporting at application stage through to licence applications, which must be determined before affected works can lawfully begin.
